The Annual Meeting of the Members is held on the Second (2nd) Saturday in May each year. The location of the Meeting does change so make sure your contact information is up-to-date so you receive the information.
The Current Association dues are $150 for each lot owned by the member. The dues, used to provide Road Maintenance and Snow Removal, should be paid to the association June 1st of each year.
Keys are obtainable from Clyde Warner and cost a pass-through of the current rate of $20 a key.
Because we are a registered POA with Sanpete County, the Lot owner will need construction approval from the Board of Trustees before the county issues a building permit. You can find a link to the form here.

For the purpose of maintaining private property rights, the roads in Oaker Hills Phase One and Phase Two will be closed from 12:00 Am December, 31st 2022, until 12:00 Am January 1st, 2023. All Property Owners, Emergency Personnel, and Contracted labor, necessary for the maintenance of the project, will have access.
