Subject: Official Notice of Property Lien Filing
The Oaker Hills Property Owners Association is committed to maintaining the quality and upkeep of our subdivision. Unfortunately, despite multiple reminders, some property dues remain unpaid.
Effective January 6, 2025, with the full support of the Board of Trustees, we have begun issuing official notices of property liens for delinquent accounts under Utah Code Title 38.
This action ensures fairness among all property owners who responsibly contribute to our community's road maintenance and improvements.
Property owners affected by this notice have 30 days from the date of its issuance to settle the balance in full. Failure to comply will result in a lien with all applicable fees and taxes filed against the property with Sanpete County, Utah.

The Annual Meeting will be on May 17th, 2025, @ 11:00 AM. We will still Meet at the Indian Ridge Lodge.
